Free breakfast for bicycle commuters in Subiaco

City-of-Subiaco-Logo.JPG

The City of Subiaco is holding a free breakfast for commuters who use public transport, cycle or walk to work, school or uni on Friday October 19, 2012. To receive their free breakfast, commuters need to bring a friend who usually drives to work, school or uni. By completing a short survey on the day, both you and your friend will go in the draw to win one of twenty SmartRider cards worth $50.
The free breakfast is being held on October 19, 2012 between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM at the Dome Cafe, 26 Rokeby Road, Subiaco.  The breakfast is Coffee, tea or juice and a choice of a bacon and egg baguette, muesli or fruit salad.

The city can provide lots of assistance, including incentives, information and interactive calculators, to help you encourage your driving friends to try a healthier way to commute.

To register, complete the electronic form and return it to city@subiaco.wa.gov.au, or post the hardcopy form to the City of Subiaco, PO Box 270, Subiaco 6904.  The form can be downloaded from the City of Subiaco website.

Congratulations to the City of Subiaco for this initiative and I hope it goes off well for them.
