The ultimate commuter bike? Well it is a Look and it is carbon, but as commuter? Not so sure about that. Maybe just a way hot flat bar to give the roadies a hard time :)
As a commuter it lacks provision for mounting racks so its a back pack all the way type of ride … retail is also up there – around US$2,500 I believe and the specification is not that great … nine speed for US$2,500? Come on Look, you can do better than that! I know I am a Look tragic and I would love a 566 but a 566 Flat bar? I am not so sure. All that said it is interesting in that the frame is the 566 frame, so it provides some insight into the convertibility of drop-bar road bike to flat bars and vice versa. Maybe I should revisit converting my Giant CRX 1 🙂
