City of Perth Physical Activity Plan Survey

The City of Perth has contracted Stoneham and Associates to develop a Physical Activity Plan to encourage people to be active.  The Physical Activity Plan is apparently being designed to complement and align with the Cycle Plan that is also currently in development.  Given the way the City of Perth has treated with contempt the Cycle Plan I am not sure that this alignment is a great idea, still if we don’t input into the process….

The City of Perth is seeking input into the Physical Activity Plan through an online survey.  The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and can be accessed by clicking here.

In appreciation of your time completing the survey, the City of Perth and Sports Fever are offering a discount voucher for all respondents as well as an opportunity to win a $150 voucher at Sports Fever.  $25 Borders Bookshop vouchers are also available. Additional details appear at the end of the survey.

The survey closing date is Friday 15th October 2010.

If you have any questions regarding the survey or the project please contact: Melissa at Stoneham & Associates on 0421 113580 or email

PS: the survey is still open, I was able to submit a blank survey trying to see if it’s valid to spend my time or not, so I’m not sure it’s a great system =P
