ROAD SAFETY: Grammar for Motorists – Lesson 6: Negation

Grammar for Motorists

A great use of English language to explain road safety concepts to motorists and (dare I say it cyclists).  These lessons are taken from the Professor of English, the Grammar Master.

To express a negative, add do not to your sentence in front of the main verb.

“Motorists do not own the road.”

“Cyclists do not have to get out of the f**king way of motorists.”
