Gore Ride-On Low Friction Brake Cable Systems Recall
Product Safety Recalls Australia have indicated that with the Gore Ride-On Cable Systems Low Friction Brake cables “it is possible that the termination end of the cable may detach from the brake cable itself.”  Keep in mind that this only applies to Campagnolo brake cables, not Shimano and SRAM cables.  Should the termination end of the cable detach the brakes may fail, possibly resulting in some serious pain being incurred.
