Munda Biddi Trail Foundation Opening Hub in Mundaring

Munda Biddi Trail - Southern Terminus

The Munda Biddi Trail Foundation has announced that it is what they call a “Trail Hub Office” in Mundaring in September with a launch date of September 22, 2013. The Hub will be an information centre which is open on the weekends and public holidays. I guess it will be mainly for recreational riders riding the northern section of the Trail.

The Foundation is suggesting that the Hub will offer cyclists a place to plan their route, rent bikes, source maps and other materials, and will serve as a focal point for cyclists starting or finishing the Trail, or for those simply wanting to find out more about the Munda Biddi Trail.

It will be in an addition to the Munda Biddi Trail Foundations office at Level 1, 862 Hay Street, Perth which is open Monday to Friday.

Munda Biddi Trail Foundation members and the public are invited to come and celebrate the launch of the Hub on September 22, 2013.

The Foundation is looking for volunteers to help staff the Hub, so if you or someone you know is interested then please get in touch with the Foundation.

Judging from the photo you have been on a little trip. Will you be posting an account of your recent MB excursion? I always follow them with interest.

Thanks for the reply. Looking forward to it. The rig looks great, must be well tuned by now?

Yes and no … I didn’t check the condition of the brake pads and paid the price but on the last ride.
