The purpose of this series of posting is to summarise my week on the bike and exercising in general etc.Â My week runs from Thursday to Friday, so Week 6 for me in 2010 is from February 5, 2010 through to February 11, 2010.

2,034.80 km for the year.
100.2 kg; No lost this week; gained 300 grams.
|Big week on the bike this week and I am feeling it at the end.
On the weight front, I started the year in a less than healthy position at 103 kg and I ended the week at 100.2 kg, so not a great week. My target for the month end is 95 kg, so still 5.2Â kg to go.
|Friday, February 5||70 km on the bike||Had to go to the office for a meeting so did the Churchlands â€“ Joondalup â€“ Fremantle commute today.|
|Saturday, February 6||108 km on the bike||Freo Wheelers Group 3 followed by a noon commute from Fremantle to Churchlands via the river.
The down side was a broke a spoke on the group ride, so swapped to Anneâ€™s rear wheel which is a SRAM cassette.
|Sunday, February 7||21 km on the bike||Regular commute into the wind from Churchlands to Fremantle via the railway.|
|Monday, February 8||71 km on the bike||Regular Monday commute â€“ Fremantle to Joondalup to Churchlands. 41 km/h Freo Doctor in the afternoon so came home via the Freeway.|
|Tuesday, February 9||73 km on the bike||Churchlands to Joondalup to Fremantle, all via the coast.|
|Wednesday, February 10||76 km on the bike||A day of headwinds in both directions. Regular Wednesday commute â€“ Fremantle to Joondalup to Churchlands. All via the coast.|
|Thursday, February 11||57 km on the bike||Rode to Joondalup from Churchlands via the coast in the morning and returned via the Freeway in the afternoon. Funny ride home, completely zoned out. Not sure that is smart.|
